and if you ask why? Well, for many reasons. First of all it is such a cheerful and warm color. It reminds me of sun and blooming dandelions somewhere on a meadow

This color just shines with optimism and happiness and who doesn't like to be happy:)
Lemon is the scent of Yellow therefore Yellow seems refreshing and uplifting
Yellow is one of the top colors in the world of fashion this Spring and Summer
and finally Yellow is an accent color in my bedroom and I absolutely love it!
However, as you probably noticed, I used it in small quantities, mixing it with dominating gray and some white, just to draw some attention- reason: yellow is also, believe it or not, considered the most fatiguing to the eye due to the high amount of light that is reflecting
My recommendations:
- mix Yellow with neutral gray and a dash of black for a high-tech look
- for an earthy palette, especially for fall, mix Yellow with for example olive green and brown-wonderful color combination
- very pale Yellow can work as neutrals along side darker or richer colors
